Awarded by Ssangyong Engineering and Construction for 1 unit of 35 ton Gantry crane for Land Transport Authority (LTA) – Down Town Line (DTL)2 - C921 station

Ssangyong won the Design & Build contract in 2009 for Singapore MRT Downtown Line Contract 921 (Singapore) which was a project to support the national infrastructure. The project is comprised of a 1 km-long subway tunnel and two stations. It required cutting - edge technical competence as another subway line run just about 5 meters above the site and a 25 m-wide Rochor canal passes outside.

Once completed this project, the MRT downtown line will give commuters a greater accessibility to the rest of the island significantly improving travel time when it becomes operational in 2015.

Awarded by Sembawang for 2 units of 35 ton Engineered Gantry cranes for LTA- DTL 2 station – C919

As a regional crane and service provider, Jenmon was awarded by Sembawang to be a support in C919 project by delivering, installing, and commissioning the total 2 units of EOT cranes for the connection between the north-western part of Singapore and the central business district (CBD) and the Marina Bay area via DTL1.

Jenmon EOT cranes were used for the 16.6km of deep tunnel which will link total 12 stations and one depot. With its durability and solidity, the project was smoothly went on and in turn it lead to the successful completion .

Awarded by Lonza Group for 10 unit of Electric hoists for biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Tuas


The Eurochain VL electric hoists, customized with stainless steel chains, are used for the maintenance of the containers and pumps. "The working condition in the manufacturing facility is very unique," says Jenmon Managing Director, Mark Ong. "Clean environment is absolutely necessary to prevent any contamination to the products."

In addition to the hoists, Jenmon is also engaged to install the overhead cranes, monorail hoist systems and hand chain trolley. We are proud of ourselves on dedicating the best solutions to our customers from various industries, and in this case with the supply of contamination-free equipment to meet the stringent needs of the pharmaceutical industry.

Awarded maintenance contract by Tuas Power for
over 200 units of cranes


Tuas Power signed two-years contract with Jenmon for the maintenance and servicing of over 200 hoists, which include 30 tons of overhead cranes.

Jenmon provided scheduled maintenance checks to carry out any correction or small repair issues, avoiding the need to incur more expensive components replacement. Customers will not have to be concerned about the maintenance as we have our personnel keeping track and arranging the timetable. Moreover, the contract involves 24/7 emergency breakdown call where the technicians are expected to arrive at the site within two to four hours. Response time is crucial for businesses that run on a shift-to-shift basis. We believe that immediate attention provided will reduce losses caused by equipment downtime.

Awarded by 3M Innovation Singapore Pte Ltd for 1 unit of Goods hoist and a Jib crane for their Tuas Plant


To install a goods hoist at the right location which will allow the customer to maximize the productivity level, Jenmon supplied a jib crane and the goods hoist for the 52,000 sqm facility.
